Glyn sympathizes with the Dixie Chicks in “The Long Way Around” – except for the RV. Life never seems to be straightforward. He has worshipped with the Copts in Egypt, and spent many Sundays singing with Batswana in diKereke tsa Semoya – Spiritual churches in Botswana. He has pastored Mennonite churches in Ontario. He has paddled canoes in four provinces, two states and Botswana, more than once in water with alligators or crocodiles. He even made his own canoe.
Glyn was once an assistant carpenter at a large camp/retreat centre and has renovated his own home – twice. He is married and has two daughters, who think travel and renovations are normal.
Glyn is thrilled to be part of a church that knows that where we are is not where we need to be. We are on a journey of discovery together to respond to God’s call to be his presence in this world.
